Anxiety (and Panic Attacks)Anxiety, Anxiety attacks, Panic Attacks, or the fearful feelings, without any reality-based danger can be very debilitating. Once you have these thoughts racing through your mind, your adrenaline response is activated. A signal is sent to the brain and the nervous system is warned that danger is present or possible. Your innate "flight or fight" response kicks in - your body gets prepared to DEFEND you and this all began from a THOUGHT, no real danger.
